Rome: The Eternal City This program provides students with an interdiciplinary perspective of Rome. Directed by Pace Professor Lawrence Hundersmarck. Open to all Pace University students. This very popular program is being offered for its eighth year. Participants will study and visit the significant cultural sites that have made Rome a world center since ancient times. The course brings to life the history, art, architecture, religion, and culture of this magnificent city. Rome is the center of the fabled Roman Empire, seat of the Roman Catholic Church, and capital of modern Italy. Rigorous academic study is coupled with a great deal of fun and free time for exploring Rome and its environs. The course provides participants the opportunity to see and experience firsthand what they are learning about. The awesome aura of Rome will create memories for a lifetime. Credit
